I am having trouble placing my order, what should I do?

If you are having trouble placing your order, email us at info@1302watchco.com and a member of our staff will contact you and get your order taken care of!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. We also accept payment through PayPal.

Will I be able to track my order once it is placed?

Yes, once you place your 1302 order, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase which will include USPS tracking information that you can use to track your order. After your order is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped out within 1 business day.

My order was cancelled, what happened?

Your order could have been cancelled for a few different reasons: we could be out of stock on the 1302 item you ordered, we could have issues processing the form of payment or shipping address you submitted, or it could be something else altogether. We will email you specifics on exactly why your order was canceled and what we can do to fix it.

Can I return or exchange out my 1302 watch?

We accept returns and exchanges of your 1302 product up to 60 days from the date of delivery. The watch or band must be un-used and un-worn and in original packaging. See the following link for more information.

Can I cancel my order?

You may be able to cancel your order if your order has not been processed yet. Email us at info@1302watchco.com with your order number and we will see what we can do.

SHIPPING

How much do you charge for shipping?

We provide free standard shipping to all our customers within the continental USA. It will take between 3-5 business days for you to get your watch from the date your order is processed. We also have Priority Shipping and Priority Express shipping for those of you that need to get your 1302 items quicker. Visit our shipping page here for more details and rates.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, shipping costs vary depending on the country. Your shipping costs will be calculated once you go to checkout and type in your shipping address. If you have any questions on this, feel free to contact us at info@1302watchco.com

WARRANTY

What kind of warranty do you offer on your 1302 watches?

We offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers the movement of the watch. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the watch under normal use as determined by 1302. The types of things this warranty does not cover are the batteries, straps, gold-plating, scratches, or any damage arising from normal wear or misuse. WATCH SPECIFICATIONS

Are 1302 watches waterproof?

All of our watches are water resistant up to 3ATM making them suitable for everyday use and resistant to modest water/rain splashes. We do not recommend swimming or bathing with our watches. Please note that water damage is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

What materials are 1302 watches made of?

We pride ourselves in using high quality materials in all of our 1302 watches. All of our watches cases and buckles are made of stainless steel, all of our bands are made of genuine leather, and all of our dials include a Japanese quartz movement.

We have also started making bands with vegetable tanned leather. Specifically, our beige, cognac and black men’s bands are all made of this more eco-friendly leather. This traditional vegetable-based tanning process requires skilled artisans, takes an average of 40 days from start to finish, and is made with almost no chemicals. Also, the hides used to create the straps are left over from animals already harvested for the sole consumption of meat products. Thus, these bands have a minimal environmental impact. Additionally, because this is a natural tanned leather, the leather will absorb the proteins of the person wearing it and will darken and caramelize over time giving it its own unique look.

Are all of your watch bands interchangeable?

Yes, all women’s and men’s bands are interchangeable. All our bands feature a quick release spring bar in the strap allowing you to easily change the band without using any other tools. Our watch bands fit 1302 watches as well as many other brand watches.

*Note that we have two different band sizes for women, an 18mm band (which fits our 38mm watches) and a 14mm band (which fits our 32mm petite watches). Please be sure to purchase the correct band size that matches your watch.

What band size will fit my Apple Watch device?

Our 20mm watch band fits the 38mm Apple Watch Series 1, 2, 3 and the 40mm Apple Watch Series 4.

Our 22mm watch band fits the 42mm Apple Watch Series 1, 2, 3 and the 44mm Apple Watch Series 4
